Netflix Viewers ‘Sickened’ By New Extremely X-Rated Series With Very Graphic Scenes
Some are so outraged that they’ve threatened to cancel their Netflix subscriptions in protest.
However, its latest offering, a miniseries titled “Supersex,” has sparked accusations from viewers that Netflix is pushing the boundaries too far, with some saying it’s ‘making p*rn mainstream’.
“Supersex” has received praise from critics, earning an 86 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The direction of “Supersex” is quite evident from its premise.
Given its explicit content, it’s no surprise that the drama is strictly intended for audiences aged 18 and above.
Nevertheless, the explicit nature of “Supersex” has sparked considerable backlash among Netflix subscribers.
The Daily Star reported that the controversial scene featured Borghi shirtless among several scantily clad women, engaging in suggestive movements, leaving the specifics of the scene to the audience’s imagination.
“Now we have p*rn on Netflix as well? Cancelling account while we speak, my kids can’t see this.”
Another concerned viewer added, “Isn’t this inappropriate for a platform where KIDS FOLLOW YOU?!”
“Are we just making p*rn mainstream now? It’s pretty sickening that there is no warning on explicit content like this. Yet women who post a picture breastfeeding are flagged.”
In an interview with LADbible prior to the release of “Supersex,” Rocco Siffredi addressed potential viewer shock, explaining:
“I could never be who I am without showing everything about myself.”
He further elaborated on the series’ focus, “The part shown on Netflix, which people don’t know, is the way I grew up, the way my life came up since I was a child.”
“Supersex” is available for streaming on Netflix, amidst ongoing debate and controversy.
